Ligue1 Round 21: Bordeaux – PSG Preview

Bordeaux impressed last round away at Rennes. Even if their main man, fullback Tremoulinas still appears to be out of form, all the other players took charge and acted like the musketeers, all for one and one for all. Winger Maurice – Belay is a doubt, but there are far more good news for them as they recover Obraniak, Jussie and Gouffran. These are all exponential players and can change the way Bordeaux looks. They were very solid at the back last round and always seemed to be confident and in control, even when they defended. Their strategy was based mainly on speculating and it worked, now, in front of a PSG without some important defensive players, and with Obraniak back, it can work even better….

PSG disappointed an entire world last round, when they failed to pick up 3 points in front of Ajaccio. Besides 1 point, they also picked up an important suspension, defensive midfielder Motta.

That’s not the sole important absence, as central defender Silva will also miss because of injury. He will be replaced by Sakho, a decent player, but in no way close to Silva’s value. There also seem to be some internal conflicts as winger Menez refused to enter the field from the bench, defying Ancelotti in front of a full stadium and 50 TV cameras, kind of like Bashar Al Assad defies the west sponsored “revolution”…
Striker Ibrahimovic was a pale shadow of what we were used with before the winter break…

The way these teams look now hosts definitely have the power of keeping at home at least 1 point. Double chance on Bordeaux is a solid bet.
